The Intern Experience
- C-Suite Mentorship: Weekly sessions with our executive leaders to learn the high-level strategy behind scaling a global travel brand.
- Portfolio-Building Work: You will own pieces of high-visibility projects, moving them from creative concept to live digital campaigns.
Key Projects
- "Great Getaways" Rebuild: Provide fresh ideas and content strategy for our flagship "Great Getaways" experience to drive more bookings.
- Web Experience Audits: Analyze high-traffic web pages through a marketing lens to improve engagement and conversion through better content and layout.
- Quality & Brand Governance: Help maintain 100% accuracy across our sites and learn how to scale brand voice.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Graduating seniors or recent graduates majoring in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising.
- Optimization Focus: A strong analytical mindset with a sharp eye for detail and a focus on constant improvement.
- Technical Pluses: Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS or Figma is a nice to have to help you upload content, but strategy is the priority.
