You will work alongside our Web Experience and Marketing teams to see how global travel campaigns are built, managed, and optimized. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of brand storytelling and digital execution, contributing to projects that move the needle for a global travel brand.
The Intern Experience
- C-Suite Mentorship: Weekly sessions with our executive leaders to learn the high-level strategy behind scaling a global travel brand.
- Intern Cohort Outings: Organized team-building events and social outings across Scottsdale to help you build your professional network.
- Hands-on Work: You won't just shadow. You will own pieces of high-visibility projects, moving them from creative concept to live digital campaigns.
Key Projects & Responsibilities
- Digital Campaign Strategy: Assist with the end-to-end launch of marketing campaigns. You’ll help refine the message, ensure brand consistency, and optimize the landing pages for our global resort partners.
- "Great Getaways" Rebuild: Provide fresh ideas and content strategy for our flagship "Great Getaways" experience. You’ll conduct competitor audits and suggest improvements to the member journey.
- Conversion Audits: Learn to analyze high-traffic web pages through a marketing lens identifying opportunities to improve engagement.
- Content & Brand Governance: Help us maintain 100% accuracy and world-class quality across our sites. You’ll gain experience in professional QA (Quality Assurance) and learn how to scale brand voice across different markets.
- Process Innovation: We are scaling fast. You will help us organize internal workflows and documentation, providing a fresh perspective on how to make our marketing machine run smoother.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: We are specifically looking for Graduating Seniors or Recent Graduates majoring in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Marketing Mindset: You have a genuine interest in digital marketing funnels and brand strategy. You understand that a good design is a design that converts.
- Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a cross-functional environment. You aren't afraid to speak up in a brainstorm or ask a technical question to the engineering team.
- Organization: The ability to stay focused and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Technical Pluses: Basic familiarity with design tools (like Figma or Canva) or web basics (HTML/CSS) is a great bonus, but a hunger to learn our systems is the true priority.
