Join us this summer to get the hands-on experience you need to build a career in marketing. At arrivia, we believe in real-world learning. We are looking for a high-energy Marketing & UX Intern to join our Scottsdale team for a 10-week intensive program.
You will work alongside our Web Experience and Marketing teams to see how global campaigns are built, managed, and optimized. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of creative marketing and technical execution, contributing to projects that you can see live on our sites.
The Intern Experience
- C-Suite Mentorship: Weekly sit-down sessions with our executive leaders to learn the high-level strategy behind a global travel brand.
- Intern Outings: Organized team-building events and social outings across Scottsdale with your intern cohort.
- Hands-on Portfolio Work: Contribute to high-visibility projects where you can see your work move from a concept to a live digital product.
Key Projects & Responsibilities
- "Great Getaways" Support: Assist the team with the rebuild of our "Great Getaways" experience, helping with UX research, ideas, and post-launch testing.
- Campaign Execution: Help build and optimize landing pages for our resort partners, ensuring a seamless journey for our members.
- Web Experience Audits: Learn how to analyze high-traffic pages, conduct competitor research, and provide recommendations to improve the user experience.
- QA & Testing: Gain exposure to professional quality assurance workflows by helping the team validate how campaigns and pages function.
- Process Coordination: Provide a fresh perspective on how we organize our internal workflows and documentation as we scale our brands.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Graduating seniors or recent graduates in Marketing, UX Design, or a related field.
- Curiosity: A strong interest in digital marketing and web experience—someone who always asks, "How can we make this better?"
- Collaborative Spirit: A team player who is excited to work across different departments.
- Organization: The ability to stay focused and manage multiple small tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Interest: Basic familiarity with Figma or HTML/CSS is a plus, but a willingness to learn our systems is the priority.
