About the Role
We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Frontend Lead (Flutter) to take charge of building seamless, high-performance mobile applications. In this role, you’ll lead frontend development using Flutter, ensuring smooth user experiences and scalable architecture, while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver beautiful, functional, and reliable products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the architecture, design, and development of mobile applications using Flutter.
2. Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.
3. Mentor and guide a team of frontend engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering best practices.
4. Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
5. Stay updated with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends and incorporate them into the development process.
6. Own the full development lifecycle — from concept and design to testing and deployment.

What We’re Looking For

1. 4+ years of experience in frontend/mobile development, with at least 2+ years using Flutter.
2. Proven experience leading frontend/mobile teams or projects.
3. Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.
4. Experience with state management (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod).
5. Knowledge of REST APIs and integration with backend systems.
6. Solid understanding of app deployment processes on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Nice to Have

1. Experience with native Android or iOS development.
2. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile.
3. Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced product environment.
