About the Role
They are hiring a Product Manager to join their high-impact Founder’s Office. In this unique role, you'll work directly with the founding team to conceptualize, define, and launch multi-platform experiences using Flutter, shaping the product direction for iOS and Android apps that users love.

As a PM here, you’re not just writing specs—you’ll be hands-on with the product lifecycle, from idea to execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, engineering, and business—and is excited to build consumer-grade apps in a fast-paced, visionary environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own and drive product vision, roadmap, and execution in close collaboration with founders
2. Translate business goals and user needs into clear product requirements and flows
3. Work closely with Flutter engineering teams to create seamless cross-platform mobile experiences
4. Define, monitor, and optimize key product metrics
5. Maintain and evolve the existing app while ideating new user experiences
6. Coordinate cross-functional efforts across design, engineering, marketing, and support
7. Run experiments, gather user feedback, and iterate fast

What We're Looking For

1. 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a mobile-first or consumer tech company
2. Demonstrated success in launching and scaling apps or digital products
3. Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX and a sharp product sense
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; experience working directly with engineering and design
   
5. Data-driven mindset with the ability to combine qualitative insights and quantitative analysis
6. Comfortable working in ambiguity with a founder’s mindset—bias to action, ownership, and curiosity

Nice to Have

1. Exposure to or interest in Flutter app development
2. Experience working closely with early-stage startups or in Founder’s Office/Chief of Staff-type roles
3. Familiarity with tools like Figma, Firebase, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
