Major Duties
Develops and modifies correspondence, memoranda, and reports. Controls confidential and sensitive information.
Schedules and organizes appointments, travel itineraries, and related arrangements. Prepares and distributes meeting minutes. Coordinates and arranges internal and external meetings including governmental entities.
Screens telephone calls and visitors. Prioritizes and disseminates requests to appropriate staff.
Resolves routine and complex inquiries and situations.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
