Summary
The Regional Marketing Program Manager, India is a member of the Customer Experience team and is a direct report of the Global Director Customer Experience and works closely with them to define the marketing communications strategies and plans for the assigned region, including the measurement of their impact. The Regional Marketing Program Manager works in partnership with the Regional commercial Director as well as product and central promotional marketing leaders to ensure effective company-wide implementation of strategic imperatives in the assigned region. The role includes responsibility for improving or promoting brand, product or service including Marketing Communication processes, programs, and infrastructure. This position collaborates with the corporate central Customer Experience team or with local regional vendors as required in the execution of all the critical promotional marketing activities, branding, public relations and digital communications required to achieve the company's profitability and market awareness and perception goals in the assigned regions(s).
Key Accountabilities
As a member of the Customer Experience team:
1. Strategic Marketing Communication
· Develop and implement integrated marketing communication (IMC) strategies tailored to the HVAC industry.
· Align messaging with the company's value proposition, sustainability efforts, and energy efficiency solutions.
· Target B2B and B2C audiences, including contractors, industries, facility managers, real estate developers, and homeowners.
2. Brand Positioning & Thought Leadership
· Establish the company as an industry leader through expert content, whitepapers, and case studies.
· Highlight innovative HVAC solutions, energy efficiency, and smart technology trends.
· Manage corporate identity and ensure consistency in branding across all channels.
3. Digital & Content Marketing
· Develop SEO (search engine optimization) driven content, including blog posts, technical articles, and product guides.
· Manage website content, email campaigns, and social media presence.
· Leverage LinkedIn, Twitter, and industry forums to engage with professionals and decision-makers.
4. Public Relations & Media Outreach
· Build relationships with HVAC industry publications, trade journals, and news outlets.
· Organize press releases for new product launches, partnerships, and sustainability initiatives.
· Coordinate participation in industry trade shows, expos, and speaking engagements.
5. Lead Generation & Campaigns
· Design and execute lead generation campaigns through PPC (pay-per-pick), webinars, and downloadable resources.
· Work with the sales team to create targeted campaigns for key accounts.
· Use CRM tools to track campaign performance and nurture leads.
6. Customer & Partner Communications
· Develop targeted messaging for HVAC contractors, distributors, and facility managers.
· Create case studies and testimonials showcasing successful HVAC installations and retrofits.
· Design brochures, presentations, and training materials for partners.
7. Crisis Communication & Reputation Management
· Handle PR during product recalls, service issues, or regulatory changes.
· Monitor online reviews and address customer concerns proactively.
· Maintain a positive brand image through transparent communication.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Work with R&D and product teams to simplify complex HVAC technologies for marketing.
· Collaborate with HR on employer branding and internal communication.
· Partner with sales teams to create sales enablement materials.
9. Event Marketing & Sponsorships
· Organize and promote participation in HVAC trade shows and exhibitions.
· Plan product demos and technical workshops for industry professionals.
· Sponsor and host industry webinars or panel discussions.
10. Performance Analytics & Budgeting
· Track ROI on campaigns and marketing spend.
· Use Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Salesforce to measure engagement and conversions.
· Adjust strategies based on data insights and market trends.
What We're Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
· Bachelor of Arts (with marketing communications certification preferred)
· Minimum of 12-15 years brand marketing communication experience, including development and execution of integrated multi-discipline marketing communications programs.
· Ability to develop creative campaign brief
· A network, or demonstrated ability to build a network of external creative content developers, graphic designers, digital marketing and PR resources
· Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
· Proficiency in marketing automation systems and concepts
· Experience with CRM systems and tracking of leads from assigning to converting
· Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
· Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
· Fluent in Regional language and English language, both spoken and written.
· Ability to adapt (vs straight translation) English language communications into regional language.
