Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role In Credit Life PNB Channel for a Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager (RM/SRM) based in Faridabad,East Delhi & South Deli Locations. The RM/SRM will engage with 40-50 bank partner Branches to drive business growth, implement sales strategies, and achieve sales targets while building and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, providing service to existing customers, Enhance loan protection & penetration in assigned territory.
Candidate Should have :
At least 1.5 -2 years vintage in current Organisation
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client management skills to build and maintain relationships with partners and customers.
- Sales acumen and ability to create, implement, and achieve business targets and goals effectively.
- Knowledge of life insurance products, financial solutions, and retirement planning services.
- Analytical skills for identifying client needs, market opportunities, and developing sales strategies accordingly.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a hybrid work environment.
- Experience in managing partnerships, especially in a financial or insurance-related capacity, is highly desirable.
- Educational qualification: Min. Bachelor’s Degree
