BSA/AML Compliance Manager – Remote
ARKS Ventures—a fast‑growing fintech building modern payment rails—is looking for an experienced BSA/AML professional to own our enterprise‑wide financial‑crime program. You’ll be the designated BSA Officer, ensuring we meet the four‑pillar requirements in the FFIEC Manual and FinCEN rules while scaling safe, friction‑free products.
What you’ll do
• Design, update, and run a risk‑based BSA/AML & sanctions program (CIP/KYC, CDD/EDD, SAR/CTR, screening, model tuning).
• Lead day‑to‑day alert investigations and SAR/CTR filings; liaise with regulators and banking partners.
• Drive independent testing, audits, and Board reporting; close findings on time.
• Build a culture of compliance through role‑based training and metrics.
What you bring
• 5 + years dedicated BSA/AML experience, including team leadership.
• Deep knowledge of FFIEC Manual & FinCEN guidance; CAMS/CRCM a plus.
• Optional - Hands‑on with AML platforms (e.g., Actimize, Verafin) and data analytics.
• Excellent written & verbal communication.
