Recruiting Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting plan aligned with the program's goals. Coordinate recruiting efforts with coaching staff to identify and evaluate prospective student-athletes.
Visit Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of official and unofficial visits, including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and compliance documentation.
Compliance & Eligibility: Ensure all recruiting activities adhere to NCAA, conference, and institutional regulations. Coordinate with compliance staff to verify prospective student-athlete eligibility and maintain accurate records.
Staff Management: Supervise recruiting assistants and student workers. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training to ensure efficient operations.
Collaboration: Work closely with admissions, compliance, and other university departments to facilitate the recruiting process. Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective student-athletes and their families.
Data Management & Reporting: Maintain and update recruiting databases. Analyze recruiting data to assess effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Event Management: Assist in organizing and executing recruiting events, camps, and clinics. Coordinate logistics and ensure events align with recruiting objectives.
