Key Responsibilities:
- Process Mining: Develop ARIS Process Mining solutions to identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, compliance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Process Modelling: Design and maintain business process models using BPMN 2.0 and ARIS modelling standards.
- ARIS Platform: Configure and support the ARIS suite, including repositories, governance, user management, templates, and reporting.
- Data Integration: Enable process mining through data extraction, modelling, and integration with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business and technical teams to translate process improvement requirements into ARIS solutions.
- Process Governance: Drive process standardisation, repository management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 4–5 years of experience in Business Process Management, Process Mining, or Enterprise Process Excellence.
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with ARIS Suite - ARIS Process Mining, KPI development, process analysis, and conformance checking.
- Good knowledge of SQL, data modelling, and enterprise system integrations (SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, Salesforce).
- Experience with ETL development and integration with enterprise applications.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
