Executing orders with good speed accurately. Generating leads through existing clients. Maintaining relationship with existing clients. Serving the HNI clients, retail clients and the sub-brokers. Handling queries of risk/limits of online clients. Attending client queries through email, telephone, or walk-in for online account opening, equity, commodity and currency. Calculating commission and entries for the clients. Actively uncovering additional business development opportunities. Interact with internal cross-functional partners to resolve client issues and escalations (Risk, Research, Operations and IT).
