About the Role

At Ariat, we’re seeking a Crew Territory Manager to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and grow existing accounts across our growing business. The Crew Territory Manager will report to the Senior Director of Ariat Crew and work closely with the retail operations teams to deliver driving new opportunities that expand our Group Sales business.
This position is fully remote with preference for candidates based in WA, OR, CA, ID, MT, WY, AZ.
This individual will drive new business and deliver customer value. The person in this role will make an immediate impact by closing deals to support our mission and organizational objectives.

- Driving New Business: Prospect, cold call, and build a strong pipeline of new accounts
- Targeting Strategically: Identify high-potential industries, accounts, and key decision-makers
- Growing & Retaining Accounts: Strengthen relationships and expand existing customer partnerships
- Delivering Customer Value: Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Closing Deals: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals through effective execution
- Managing Territory: Oversee orders and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Presenting Solutions: Lead compelling virtual product demonstrations
- Owning Your Pipeline: Maintain accurate CRM data and track opportunities
- Communicating Results: Provide clear updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Assisting with other responsibilities based on business needs
About You
- 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of results
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Confident prospecting and building new business from the ground up
- Direct-to-customer/B2B sales experience
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with a driven, entrepreneurial mindset
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
About Ariat

The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $71,000 per year.
The salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data for geographic locations. Ariat in good faith believes that this posted compensation range is accurate for this role at this location at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
