Strategy Manager

We are redefining the way audiences consume local entertainment through powerful storytelling, innovative tech, and customer-first experiences.Role Overview: We are seeking a sharp and driven Strategy Manager to lead the growth of subscriptions across Telugu and Tamil markets. The ideal candidate will blend data fluency with a strong understanding of consumer behaviour and digital marketing levers to scale acquisition, engagement, and retention.Key Responsibilities:• Analyse subscriber behaviour, churn patterns, and cohort data to uncover growth opportunities and build actionable strategies• Drive data-backed experiments across pricing, packaging, and promotions to maximize conversions and CLTV• Collaborate with performance marketing, product, and content teams to build campaigns that improve user acquisition and reduce churn• Develop growth forecasts, dashboards, and funnel insights to track KPIs across Telugu and Tamil markets• Partner with data teams to build segmentation models, predictive churn analysis, and winback strategies• Evaluate the impact of content launches, offers, and UX improvements on subscriptions• Build and present growth strategies to leadership with a mix of storytelling and data visualizationQualifications:• 3–6 years of experience in growth strategy, business analytics, or digital marketing (preferably in consumer internet or OTT)• Strong understanding of subscription metrics (ARPU, LTV, CAC, Retention cohorts)• Proficiency in Excel and basic data visualization tools (Tableau/Data Studio)• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and strategic actions• Familiarity with digital acquisition channels (Meta, Google, Affiliates, Wallets) is a plus• Telugu and/or Tamil language proficiency is a bonusWhy Join Us:• Shape the growth roadmap for South India's most loved OTT brand• High ownership role with cross-functional exposure• Be part of a passionate team driving regional entertainment innovation
