 JOB SUMMARY: 

The Director - HRIS at Argano plays a key role in the team, responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of the HRIS function. This role involves overseeing all aspects of HRIS operations, ensuring the alignment of HRIS capabilities with business strategies, and leading the HRIS team to achieve organizational goals. They evaluate current functionality and future business needs and initiates major changes in methodology or procedures as needed. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Provide strategic leadership for the HRIS function, aligning with business and HR strategies. 

• Oversee the development, implementation, and management of HRIS systems and processes. 

• Ensure the integrity, security, and accuracy of HR data across all systems.

 • Lead major HRIS projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and new implementations. 

• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address HRIS needs and opportunities. 

• Develop and maintain HRIS policies, standards, and best practices. 

• Provide strategic insights and recommendations through advanced data analytics and reporting.

 • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations. 

• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in HRIS processes and technologies. 

• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for HRIS solutions. 

• Oversee the HRIS budget and resource allocation. 

• Lead, mentor, and develop the HRIS team to achieve high performance and professional growth
