Job Description: Guest Experience Executive (Sports Arena)
Location: Grandstand Arena, Bhopal
Role Type: Full-time
About the Role
We’re looking for someone who genuinely lives and breathes sports — someone who can be the face of Grandstand Arena, interact with players, parents, and walk-in clients, and create an unforgettable first impression.
This is not a typical reception job. You’ll be part host, part sales, part community builder.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for all customers at the arena
- Handle walk-ins, calls, and WhatsApp inquiries professionally
- Convert leads into bookings and memberships
- Guide customers about:
- Football academy
- Pickleball courts
- Events & bookings
- Manage daily bookings, schedules, and coordination
- Maintain a premium customer experience at all times
- Build relationships with regular players and parents
- Assist in on-ground events and match days
Who We’re Looking For
- Passion for sports (football, pickleball, fitness culture)
- Strong communication skills (Hindi + English)
- Confident, presentable, and energetic personality
- Natural ability to talk, engage, and sell without sounding pushy
- Organized and responsible
