🎯 Job Title: Assistant Manager – Area Training (Leading 10–12 Trainers)

About the Role:
Must have training role & preferable have lead team of Trainers
We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Sales Training Leader to manage, mentor, and scale a team of 10–12 trainers. In this role, you will bridge the gap between training strategies and on-field sales performance, directly influencing revenue enablement in the region.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing team of 10–12 sales trainers across the territory.
- Training Deployment: Design and implement end-to-end training initiatives (Classroom, Virtual, LMS, and On-the-Job Training/OJT) to boost sales productivity and effectiveness.
- Capability Building: Conduct high-impact Train-The-Trainer (TTT) workshops to upskill your regional training team.
- Data & Analytics: Maintain rigorous training MIS, track performance metrics, analyze data trends, and present insights to senior stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with regional sales leaders to align training deliverables with business goals.
- Field Engagement: Travel within the designated territory for field visits, audits, and live coaching interventions.
🛠️ What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 7 to 8 years of robust experience in Sales Training (experience in the BFSI industry is highly preferred).
- Management Track Record: Proven experience as both a Sales Trainer and a Team Manager.
- Sales Background: 1 to 2 years of direct on-field sales experience is a strong plus (not mandatory).
- Education: Minimum Graduate (10+2+3).
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel) and data management. Exposure to modern AI tools for training or productivity is a distinct advantage.
- Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
