Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Technical Manager - Assam, based in Guwahati. The role primarily involves overseeing and supervising technical operations within the assigned area, including providing technical support and ensuring efficient project execution. The Area Technical Manager will manage a team, conduct research and development, and work closely with other departments to meet project objectives. Responsibilities also include monitoring and improving technical processes and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Research and Development (R&D)
- Team Management skills with the ability to lead and guide diverse teams effectively
- Experience with Technical Support and troubleshooting complex technical issues
- Proven problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the finance or related industries
