Hiring: Area Service Manager (ASM) – Customer Service
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Area Service Manager (ASM) to lead our customer service operations for the North Kerala region. If you have a proven track record in service delivery, team management, and customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and enhance customer service operations across North Kerala.
Manage service networks, franchises, and technician teams.
Ensure prompt resolution of customer grievances and maintain high SLAs.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Service ASM or in a similar senior service-operations role.
Strong leadership, communication, and regional market knowledge.
