Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Service Manager, based out of Prakasam District. The Area Service Manager will oversee and improve regional service operations, including managing installation and service quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, analyzing performance metrics, managing a field team, resolving customer queries, and driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across the assigned area.
Qualifications
- Experience in team management, field service operations, and supervising distributed teams to ensure high performance
- Proficiency in performance analysis, problem solving, and process improvement to achieve operational targets
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to address queries skillfully and build strong relationships
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficiency in technology tools, reporting systems, and data interpretation
- Flexibility to travel locally within the region
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in the content distribution, pay TV, or telecommunications industry is a plus
