Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jhansi for an Area Service Manager. The Area Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing service operations within the assigned territory, ensuring high standards of customer service. Key tasks include managing service teams, monitoring service quality and efficiency, handling customer queries, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. The role will also involve maintaining relationships with stakeholders, preparing progress reports, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in service management, operations, and customer service practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and prepare detailed reports
- Technical understanding of electric vehicles or a willingness to learn
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field
- Relevant experience in the automotive or electric vehicle industry is an advantage
- Availability to work on-site in Jhansi and travel within the designated area as required
