Role Description

The Area Service Manager will oversee service-related operations, ensuring the effective installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of diagnostic products in the assigned region. The role involves providing technical support, training service engineers, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Other core duties include managing spare parts inventory and coordinating with R&D teams to solve field issues. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kottayam.


Qualifications

  • Technical skills in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of diagnostic or similar medical equipment
  • Experience in training and managing service engineers or support staff
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to coordinate with R&D teams on technical issues
  • Ability to build and maintain solid customer relationships through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Prior experience in a similar role in the medical diagnostics or healthcare industry is a strong advantage
  • Organizational skills to manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely maintenance services
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field
