Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Service Manager based in Indore. The Area Service Manager will oversee service operations, manage a team of service technicians, and ensure excellent customer service delivery. Responsibilities include monitoring service metrics, resolving escalated customer complaints, driving operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with company standards, and providing training to team members. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support ongoing service quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of customer service management and resolving escalations
- Proven ability to manage and lead a service team effectively
- Skills in operational planning, execution, and monitoring service metrics
- Experience in providing training and mentoring to team members
- Proficient in problem-solving, time management, and decision-making
- Ability to work effectively on-site and collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience in the water purification or healthcare products industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
