Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Area Service Executive to manage after-sales service operations for Home Appliances and Speaker Division. The candidate will be responsible for handling service team, customer support, service centers, complaint management, and overall service performance in the assigned area.
Job Description
Support & Manage after-sales service operations in assigned territory.
Handle service engineers, technicians, and authorized service centers.
Ensure timely complaint closure and customer satisfaction.
Monitor pending complaints, repeat issues, and service quality.
Coordinate with spare parts, logistics, and technical support teams.
Conduct regular service center visits and performance audits.
Maintain service TAT and productivity targets.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.
Train and guide service teams on technical and process updates.
Support warranty, installation, and repair activities.
Ensure proper implementation of company service SOPs and policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in Home Appliances and Speaker/Audio products is preferred.
Strong team handling and field operation management skills.
Good communication and problem-solving ability.
Basic computer knowledge including Excel, Email, and CRM.
Qualification
Diploma / Graduate
This is a Beginner to Mid level role. Maximum 4-5 years’ experience in after-sales service operations is required.
