Hiring: Senior Sales Manager – Electric 2-Wheeler Industry

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand sales operations in the electric two-wheeler segment. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in 2-wheeler sales, dealer network development, and market expansion. Experience in the EV industry will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional and national sales targets.
- Build, expand, and manage dealer/distributor networks across key markets.
- Drive market penetration and increase brand visibility in the EV 2-wheeler segment.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with dealers and channel partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the automotive and EV sectors.
- Lead sales planning, forecasting, and performance tracking activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Ensure strong customer satisfaction and dealer engagement.
- Prepare sales reports and present business insights to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the 2-wheeler automotive industry.
- Experience in the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry will be a strong advantage.
- Proven expertise in dealer network development and channel sales.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and execute strategic sales initiatives.
- Willingness to travel extensively for business development and market expansion.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
