Job Title: Area Sales Officer (ASO)
Industry: Automotive/Spare-parts/Paints/Consumer Durables/Tyre/Lubricants/Battery/Oil/
Location: Karnataka - based out of Bangalore (Candidates from Karnataka preferred only)
Qualification: BBA & MBA in Marketing Sales from a reputed college
Experience: Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Secondary Sales and Distribution Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned sales targets within the allocated territory.
- Develop and maintain a strong and loyal customer base.
- Formulate and execute effective sales strategies by analyzing market trends and customer needs.
- Manage distributor sales operations and supervise the DSE (Distributor Sales Executive) team.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and channel partners.
- Stay updated on product offerings, market competition, and industry developments.
- Ensure timely follow-ups for payments and order closures.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in Secondary Sales and managing distribution networks.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving business goals.
- Familiarity with the regional market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Confident & should be presentable.
