Area Sales Officer1. Cover Retail Outlets in the respective territory
- Achieve assigned monthly Target
- Responsible for New Outlet Opening
- Responsible for New Product Launch
- Manage Distributor in his assigned area
- Achieve POB Target on daily Basis
- Ensure POB execution(secondary)
- Mobile reporting (Attendance & Sales) on daily basis
- Responsible for repeat & frequent order from outlets
- Responsible for merchandising & store branding
- Responsible for doing Geo-compliance
Piramal Pharma Limited is seeking an Area Sales Officer to drive sales growth and market share within a designated territory, fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals and ensuring product availability.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for pharmaceutical products within the designated geographical area.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies and action plans to maximize product reach and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key opinion leaders, doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities, clinics, and pharmacies to promote products and educate stakeholders on their benefits.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, providing timely insights to management.
- Ensure optimal product availability and visibility through effective inventory management and merchandising.
- Organize and participate in scientific meetings, product presentations, and other promotional activities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and expense reports accurately and on time.
- Adhere to all company policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Job Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the assigned territory.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, product knowledge, and therapeutic areas.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
