Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role based in the Pune Division for an Area Sales Officer. The Area Sales Officer will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing sales operations, developing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, and identifying potential sales opportunities in the assigned territory. Additional responsibilities include building customer relationships, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to maintain positive client relationships and address customer needs effectively.
- Experience and expertise in Lead Generation and identifying growth opportunities within assigned territories.
- Proven ability in Sales Operations and Channel Sales for managing distributor networks and achieving sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and make strategic decisions to drive growth and success.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales analytics software is an advantage.
- Prior experience in sales roles, particularly in the local market, is highly desirable.
