Role Description
We are seeking Area Sales Managers for a full-time, on-site position for various locations in Odisha, namely KHORDA, BHADRAK, PURI, GANJAM, RAYAGADA, . The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with DEALERS & Customers, and achieving sales targets within the assigned region. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires regular interaction with clients, as well as coordination with internal teams for order fulfillment and customer service. Strong leadership skills and a results-driven approach will be essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management, Account Management, and Business Development
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide sales teams
- Excellent customer relationship management and negotiation abilities
- Analytical skills for market analysis, performance tracking, and strategy adjustments
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in the TMT & Cement industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in local language(s) and knowledge of the regional market is advantageous
