Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for an Area Sales Manager: Working Capital (SME & Mid-Corporate) at Oxyzo Financial Services. The role involves driving sales for working capital solutions, acquiring new SME and mid-corporate customers, and achieving sales targets.
- Actively sourcing and acquiring SME and Mid Corporate clients across a spectrum of industries including Manufacturing, Engineering, Chemicals, Pharma, Textiles, and Logistics.
- Conducting thorough credit and risk analyses to inform sound decision-making, while adeptly preparing credit notes to facilitate smooth deal structuring.
- Ensuring seamless document fulfillment and timely disbursement of credit facilities
- Working alongside the leadership and risk team to structure competitive deals and onboard clients effectively.
- Collaborating with the leadership to identify and capitalize on new growth clusters and industries
- Building and leveraging a strong network within industry circles to expand the business portfolio and capitalize on emerging prospects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management, preferably in the financial services or lending industry
- Strong understanding of Working Capital Finance, SME and mid-corporate business financing, and customized credit solutions
- Proficient in market analysis and identifying growth opportunities within the SME sector
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while delivering client-centric solutions
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in handling credit assessment and loan approval processes would be an added advantage
