Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager with strong General Trade (GT) experience in the snacks industry. The candidate must have expertise in mass distribution, distributor handling, market expansion, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle distributors, secondary sales, and retail expansion.
- Increase outlet coverage and product visibility in GT markets.
- Manage and guide the sales team for market execution.
- Track sales performance, competitor activities, and market insights.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of FMCG GT sales experience.
- Snacks industry experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience in mass distribution and team handling.
- Good knowledge of South Tamil Nadu markets preferred.
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
