Role Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Area Sales Manager for the UP/Uttarakhand region. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lucknow, with a combination of on-site responsibilities and occasional work-from-home flexibility. The role includes overseeing sales activities within the assigned territory, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, mentoring and managing a team, and implementing strategic sales plans. The Area Sales Manager will also be responsible for market research, preparing reports, and identifying growth opportunities to expand the business.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales and Business Development, particularly in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
- Strong leadership abilities, including team management and motivation skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Proficiency in preparing sales reports and using CRM tools
- Availability to travel extensively within the UP/Uttarakhand region
- Graduate or postgraduate degree, preferably in business, marketing, or healthcare-related fields
- Prior experience in Gastroenterology products is a strong asset
