Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for an Area Sales Manager. The primary responsibilities include managing and driving sales growth, developing and maintaining relationships with distributors and customers, and identifying new business opportunities. The Area Sales Manager will also conduct market research, prepare sales reports, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including market analysis, lead generation, and closing deals
- Excellent relationship management skills, including interaction with dealers, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities
- Proficiency in preparing sales reports and analyzing sales performance
- Basic understanding of air compressor products and related applications is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in industrial/Electro-mechanical sales is preferred
