Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager/Sales Manager based in Mumbai. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and leading a sales team. The candidate will analyze market trends, create strategic sales plans, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and account management
- Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships, along with expertise in customer service
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in team management and setting sales strategies
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and familiarity with technology-driven solutions is preferred
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-related software
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing market conditions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
