Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Manager in the pharmaceutical sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing sales operations within their region. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing and mentoring sales teams, building client relationships, expanding customer base, and creating strategies to drive revenue growth. The role also involves analyzing market trends and reporting on sales performance to enhance business strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management specially in cardiac and diabetic sales,business development, and meeting revenue targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring high-performing teams
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and sales performance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including products, regulations, and competitors
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
