Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in the odisha for an Area Sales Manager (Odisha). The Area Sales Manager will oversee and manage sales activities within their designated region. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, building relationships with dealers and distributors, and identifying opportunities for market expansion. The role also involves team management, monitoring competitors, and fostering collaboration to ensure revenue growth and market penetration.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including experience in managing and achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in team management, leadership, and motivational abilities to drive performance.
- Experience in market analysis, identifying opportunities, and creating effective strategies for regional expansion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building strong client and partner relationships.
- Organizational and time management skills with a goal-oriented mindset to achieve company objectives.
- Basic understanding of the electric vehicle industry or automotive sector is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; equivalent work experience will also be considered.
Salary- 4 LPA

Experience: 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive or EV 2 wheeler industry. Strong knowledge of sales principles and strategies. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
