Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Ghaziabad. The Area Sales Manager will focus on driving sales and business growth within their assigned region. Key responsibilities include building and managing relationships with key stakeholders, creating and executing sales strategies, meeting and exceeding revenue targets, leading client onboarding and training processes, and ensuring high customer satisfaction by effectively addressing concerns and providing solutions. The position involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, conducting market analysis, and reporting sales metrics regularly.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development skills, including managing sales pipelines and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Proficiency in market analysis, competitor tracking, and strategic planning to identify and capture opportunities.
- Excellent leadership and team collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams effectively.
- Experience in using CRM tools and proficiency in data-driven decision-making is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, in English and local languages.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience in real estate, SaaS products, or community management solutions is an advantage.
- Ability to work in an on-site environment and travel within the assigned region as required.
