- Planning and Sales Growth
- Accurate planning and forecasting of sales periodically for MT channel
- Drive the achievement of overall sales target for the area
- Achieve specific revenue and volume based targets across focused categories, channel objectives as per the business plan
- Plan and execute the new product launches across key accounts to achieve the set targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities within the branch, and suggest recommendations for growth.
- Key Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts within the area
- Plan account specific interventions to maximize shelf space, product placement, assortment to support sales growth and category objectives
- Execute growth, customer development plans, market expansion plans by partnering with customer development and customer marketing teams
- Account Servicing and Hygiene
- Drive sustained performance levels on account serviceability, fill rates, resolution of customer issues, availability of stocks etc.
- Ensure RE norms across key accounts through effective implementation of visibility, merchandising and loyalty programs across channels
- Ensure on time closure for POs and billing
- Appoint channel specific distributors in the area ensuring business continuity
- Ensure availability of merchandisers and promoters and drive adherence to working norms
- In Store Execution
- Ensure adherence to market working norms with the teams and drive operational efficiency
- Drive share of shelf as per targets across key accounts
- Drive and execute merchandising KPIs (manpower deployment , PJP, SOS , consumer promo ,4P execution etc.)through team as planned and solve for deviations
- Managing & Leading Teams
- Induct, coach and guide teams as a leader towards achievement of business objectives
- Set performance targets, monitor performance, suggest and support improvement on a continuous basis
- Communication of methods, policies and ways of working to the team members to drive compliance to SOPs
- Ensure the field teams are motivated and enthusiastic for positive engagement
