Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive based in Mumbai. The Account Executive will drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and developing strategies to achieve revenue targets. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing input on customer feedback to enhance product and service offerings. Collaborating closely with internal teams, the Account Executive will ensure seamless client service and highest satisfaction standards.


  • 5+ years of experience is required in Medical Devices Sales.
  • Proven skills in sales, account management, and client relationship building
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Experience in market research, analytics, and sales reporting
  • Ability to build strategies for business development and revenue growth
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is an advantage
  • Familiarity with the medical device or healthcare industry is highly desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
