Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and result-driven sales professionals to lead and expand our dealer and distributor network across assigned territories. The ideal candidate should possess strong regional market knowledge, proven sales expertise, and the ability to drive revenue growth while building long-term business relationships.
The role demands strategic thinking, leadership capability, and hands-on execution to strengthen market presence and achieve aggressive sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for assigned territories
Build, manage, and expand a strong dealer/distributor network
Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve revenue targets
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
Ensure timely collections and healthy channel management
Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams (especially for RSM role)
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
Track performance metrics and prepare periodic sales reports
Candidate Profile
Proven track record in channel sales and territory management
Strong understanding of regional markets and customer behavior
Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills
Ability to lead teams and manage performance (mandatory for RSM)
Data-driven approach with knowledge of sales analytics
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
