Hiring Area Sales Manager to drive growth in our company Led Tv, Applainces and Led Lights Division!

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales operations across various districts of Maharashtra, Goa & Gujarat state. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, develop and manage a Channel Partners , building strong customer relationships, and ensuring consistent revenue growth across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Planning
· Develop and implement the Area sales plan
· Set, monitor, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to guide strategy.
2. Team Leadership & Management
· Recruit, train, and mentor Territory Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and Distributors.
· Conduct regular performance reviews and implement skill enhancement programs.
· Motivate and lead the sales team to achieve stretch targets and deliver high performance.
3. Business Development
· Identify and develop new business opportunities, channels, and partnerships.
· Strengthen relationships with key clients, distributors, and trade partners.
· Ensure strong presence of the brand across the area assigned through strategic market activities.
4. Operations & Reporting
· Monitor sales performance through reports, CRM systems, and data analytics.
· Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to optimize operations.
5. Market Expansion & Customer Focus
· Drive expansion into untapped markets within the state.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues promptly.
· Gather customer insights to support product development and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
· 7–10 years of experience in sales management, preferably handling Channel Partners of similar Industry,Brands.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and data-driven decision-making.
