Arika Group is looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager for our Appliances and Electrical Division (Led Lights/Appliances/Led Tv/Fans). The role focuses on developing new markets, building strong channel partnerships, and driving sales growth through effective team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and expand markets through new channel appointments.
- Manage and strengthen distributor/dealer networks.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Track performance, analyze market trends, and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure effective use of MS Office for sales analysis and reporting.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in channel sales (Appliances/Consumer Durables preferred).
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and channel handling.
- Strong team-handling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office is mandatory.
- Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
