Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Area Sales Manager for our LAP (Loan Against Property) division in Pune. This role is responsible for driving sales, managing a team, and achieving business targets within the assigned territory.
Job Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed LAP sales targets in the Pune region.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to maximize their potential and performance.
- Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and channel partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to management.
- Collaborate with credit, operations, and other internal teams to ensure smooth processing and customer satisfaction.
- Organize and participate in sales promotional activities and events to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- Manage and resolve customer queries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role within the LAP or mortgage industry.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Pune market and local real estate landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
