Job Summary**
The Area Sales Manager - LAP (Jodhpur) will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets for Loan Against Property products within the Jodhpur region, managing a team, and expanding the company's market share.
Job Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for LAP products in the assigned area.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including sourcing leads, building relationships with DSA partners, and engaging with potential customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and application to sanction and disbursement.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Collaborate with credit, operations, and other internal teams to ensure smooth processing and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and generate repeat business.
- Participate in promotional activities and events to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role, specifically within the Loan Against Property (LAP) segment.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of financial products, particularly LAP, and the Jodhpur market.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be a resident of or have extensive working knowledge of the Jodhpur region.
