Role Description
As an Area Sales Manager for Cochin at Primo Foods Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for driving sales and managing operations in the designated area. Your tasks will include managing relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Cochin metropolitan area, involving regular engagement with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders to enhance market presence and brand recognition.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development skills, with experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong relationship management and client servicing capabilities
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of the FMCG or food product industry is advantageous
- Proficiency in market analysis and strategy development
- Ability to work independently, manage teams, and handle field operations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area as necessary
