Area Sales Manager – Industrial Paints📍 Kolkata | Experience: 3+ Years
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to expand our presence in the industrial paints/coatings segment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B sales, strong market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales growth within the assigned territory
- Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and OEMs
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Ensure timely collections and customer support
Requirements- 3–4+ years of experience in industrial sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Willingness to travel within the territory
- Engineering background preferred
