Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune Division. The Area Sales Manager - Implant will develop and implement strategies to enhance market share and meet sales targets. Key responsibilities include managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, providing product training to dental professionals, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to build strong brand value. Additionally, the role involves regular market analysis, reporting, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient post-sales support.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales strategy development, business planning, and meeting sales targets
- Strong ability in customer relationship management, consultative selling, and communication
- Experience in product training, research, and promotional activities in a sales environment
- Practical knowledge of market analysis and competitor benchmarking
- Ability to work independently in a field sales environment and deliver results
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a focus on healthcare or dental industries is preferred
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry, particularly dentistry or implants, is a significant advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
