Note: This is a requirement for one of the Workassist Hiring Partner.
Primary Responsibility:
* Drove sales and exceeded revenue targets within a designated geographic area by effectively engaging with and managing a network of Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs).
* Achieved and surpassed pre-defined Assets Under Management (AUM) and revenue targets through strategic management of the IFA channel.
* Developed and implemented tailored sales strategies that maximized IFA engagement and performance within the assigned area.
* Monitored and analyzed sales data to identify key trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth within the IFA channel.
* Ensured IFAs received comprehensive training on company products and services, equipping them with the knowledge and resources to drive sales.
* Provided ongoing support and resources to IFAs, fostering strong relationships and facilitating consistent sales success.
* Maintained up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making.
* Conducted market research to identify new business opportunities and potential IFAs, expanding the network and driving growth.
* Participated in business development activities, including seminars and workshops, to promote company products and services.
