Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Area Sales Manager located in Ichalkaranji. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within their assigned territory. Day-to-day duties include developing and managing sales strategies, maintaining strong relationships with existing dealers, identifying new market opportunities, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves leading a sales team, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction through strategic planning and engagement.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, with experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong relationship management skills for maintaining and building partnerships with dealers and clients.
- Analytical skills to monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to present products and close deals effectively.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities for overseeing and motivating a sales team.
- Knowledge of the electric vehicle market or automotive industry is advantageous.
- Proficiency in preparing sales reports and using data to drive decision-making and growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
