Job details:
- Handle and develop the HoReCa channel business for the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain direct relationships with key stakeholders, chefs, purchase managers, hotel chains, cafés, restaurants, and institutional clients.
- Set up and strengthen HoReCa infrastructure including distributor base, customer database, and sales processes.
- Lead and manage field teams comprising Sales Officers and TSIs.
- Drive primary sales, secondary sales, and collections as per business plans.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and key accounts.
- Introduce and promote Continental product range to prospective clients.
- Plan product sampling activities, gather market feedback, and coordinate with internal teams for product improvements.
- Monitor and manage ROI for trade activities and customer investments.
- Ensure adherence to company flighting norms and commercial guidelines.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to drive business expansion.
